Destek Connect is a private application based on revenue sharing.

• You simply become a member and refer contacts via the platform who are in need of IP services.
• Destek Connect, which we can define as the "Solution Partnership Application” is based on a win-win principle.
• You bring solutions to your existing and/or potential contacts and clients in the field of intellectual property rights (patent / trademark / design) and as a result earn a regular income in the form of a referral fee.

• Destek Connect membership is completely free of charge.

The Destek system raises awareness about intellectual property rights amongst your clients and contacts. These rights are indispensable for commercial life and add value to businesses overall. How it works:

• When a Destek Connect member (you) creates a reference record on the platform, Destek consultants contact the (your) client/contact to assess their IP needs and provide necessary information on suitable services.
• Once a service contract is signed with the (your) client/contact, the Destek Connect member (you) gets a share from the income generated by Destek through the service agreement.
• You will receive regular income from each contractual transaction that is made in the ongoing processes with the client/contact you have referred. Therefore, depending on the volume of work and number of service agreements made with the client, the share you receive could be continuous per referral.

The field in which you operate does not matter in creating a membership account in Destek Connect. The larger your network and qualified customer base, the more value you will be able to generate through the platform.

Any individual, consultant, and entrepreneur with or without commercial activity can be a member of Destek Connect.

It is very simple. Click on ‘register’ at the top of the page, fill out and submit necessary member contact information and start using your account. You will then be able to start creating referral and reference records from your account.

• You can reach your account from any platform with internet access.
• Log-in to your member account then refer your client or contact through the ‘create referral’ tab
• Once you have created the referral, the request will be picked up by our consultants

  If there is missing information in your referral you will receive an e-mail highlighting missing sections that need to be completed.

  If the referral is not fully compliant with necessary requirements and does not contain all necessary information, then the referral will be cancelled and not processed by our consultants.

• Referrals that have been approved and processed can be viewed in your account under the following tabs;
  1) invoice can be issued
  2) payment has been scheduled
  3) payment made
• You can view all referrals under the ‘reports/records’ tab
• You can collect your total payment accumulated in your account via contacting [email protected]
