1. Open up Outlook Express. Click on the Tools menu and then on accounts.

2. Click on the News tab and then on add and pick News.

3. Type in the name you want to use when posting NNTP News. Click on Next.

4. Type in the email address you would like to use when posting news.
You should not use your real email address since Spamers have ways to gather names from NNTP news. Try something like username@nospam-aspi.net in the body of your message tell them to remove the word nospam- when replying. Click on Next.

5. Type in the NNTP news server name. Click on Next.

6. Click on Finish.

7. Click on close.

8. Click on Yes. This will take some time to download the list of groups.

10. You can now go through the list or search for key words. When you find a group you would like to read double click it. When you are done selecting all the groups you would like click on OK.

11. In Outlook Express you will now have the news groups at the bottom.
