1. Double click My Computer on your
desktop.

2. Double click the Control Panel
folder.

3. Double click the Dial-Up Networking
folder.

4. Double click the Make New Connection
icon.

Click The Next Button.

6. The Make New Connection window will open. Type in
Destek Connect for the name of the computer you are dialing. Make sure that your modem is listed under Select a modem.
Click the Next button.

7. Leave the Area code field blank
and type in the Local Access number that you will be using to connect to Destek Connect
in the Telephone number field. This can be found on the
Access Numbers Page. Please be sure to
verify it's not a toll call.
Click Next. Then click Finish at the next screen.

8. In the Dial-Up Networking window, right click on the newly created
Destek Connect Dial-Up icon. Click Properties.

8. Click on the Networking tab of
the window that opens. Make sure that Enable software compression and
TCP/IP are the ONLY items that are checked.

9. In the TCP/IP Settings window, make sure
“Server assigned IP address”, and “Server assigned name server
addresses” are selected.
Also, make sure that both “Use IP header compression” and “Use default gateway on remote
network” are checked.
Click the OK button.

10.To create a shortcut on your desktop, right click on the
Destek Connect
icon and click Create Shortcut.
Now, in the Dial-Up Networking window, double click on the Destek Connect
icon to connect to the internet.
11. Enter your username. Then type in your
password.

Double click Connect
button to connect to the Internet.
